We loved the spacious and clean room, with comfortable futons and a great view from both our room and the onsen. The hotel offered a shuttle service, which was practical and free. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the staff being able to speak English. We also enjoyed the free foot massagers in the rest area and the 24-hour free flow of hot and cold tea.
Can't think of anything.

Getting to the hotel is quite tricky with no public transportation nearby, costing a lot for taxis. the room is average, with basic amenities but clean. the breakfast is decent with a good selection of Japanese dishes. the views from the onsen are not that great.
The staff at the hotel had difficulty speaking any English, making it difficult to get any help or ask questions.

During our weekend trip, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with a stunning view. The hotel location was perfect, easy to access by shuttle and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Additionally, the complimentary tea and foot massagers in the rest area were a nice touch to our relaxing stay.
Although we had a great stay, there were a couple of disappointing parts. Firstly, there were no shower products provided in our room and we had to request these from the front desk. Additionally, the air conditioning only heated the room and we had to open the windows for cooler air, which wasn't ideal. we had a good stay with a few minor hiccups.
